NOTE: The LAHA Player Release Form is relevant only to inter-affiliate transfers. All out-of-affiliate transfers will now be completed through MWAHA and must follow that process accordingly.
Inter-affiliate transfers include associations located in Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas.
All other associations in other states require to fill out the form below and email to MWAHA President.
